PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Production times can vary from 3 to 8 working days based on the quantity of orders received. We realize that it may seem like a long time, but this is because every product we make is finalized and personalized for the customer.
BoxSurprise currently ships only and exclusively to Italy.
Shipping is free for orders over €79.
For smaller orders we have chosen the BRT express courier service at a cost of €8 (1/2 working days) or you can choose standard shipping with SDA courier at a cost of €6.50 (2/4 working days), delivery times Shipping varies based on destination.
Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
PAYMENTS
By making a purchase on the boxsurprise.it website in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions set out below.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personalized products, based on the art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code eliminates the right of withdrawal in the cases in which the goods sold have been made "tailor-made" or "personalised" based on the choices of the end customer, with the exception of errors of carelessness in the personalization due to our.
Only in this case, at the customer's request, we will either provide a full refund or re-manufacture the product correctly.
We therefore ask you to check the goods once received, in order to be able to exercise the right to refund incorrect items no later than 15 working days from receipt of the goods by electronic message to the address info@boxusprise.it or telephone number 3477391427
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Whatever payment method you use (credit/debit card or bank transfer), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the return.
The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card company, but normally occurs within two bank statements. We remind you that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
- purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual credit card refund from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
- purchase by bank transfer: the refund will be made to the IBAN you provided.
